Want to Return an item? 

Your item must be in the 14 day window from when the order was received to the present date for a refund to be issued. Try to outline whether the product wasn't the right fit for you, not what you expeceted, faulty, or whether you suspect damage in shippment. This feedback is a gift and helps address any future issues as a small business to keep on improving.

Return Payments?

Once having received your item/s I will process your payment return as quickly as possible. However, it can take up to 10 days from the date, I received your return.

*Return payouts will be made back into the original payment method used for placing the order. If this is not possible please see T&C*

If you have any questions about the status of your return, please complete this form.  I aim to respond to all email queries within 48 hours, but this can take longer when we are experiencing busy Christmas and Sale periods.

How to post a return?

I hope your happy with your order, however if it's not a match made in heaven or faulty don't worry follow our process below:

After completing an online return form, I will email you regarding whether you can proceed with a return, please note Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buy is responsible for any loss in value. 
 

There might be possibility to exchange for another item once the    item has been received. *Exchanges are subject to stock availability. *I do not accept returns on personalised items, unless they are faulty. Please view my T&C's if this happens. 

Before returning any item/s,  I do ask that they are in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached. Please take reasonable care to ensure that item/s are returned safely and are not damaged in transit and include the original packaging and protective wrapping where possible. 

I recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate for your records until all refunds are complete.  

Faulty Returns
If an item is listed as faulty on the form I will request photos of the item in question. It will then be decided whether the customer is to return the item following the same procedure above or to dispose of the item at their own discretion. 

Need a new returns note? 

As long as you are within the 14 day return window as stated in ERQD's Terms and conditions, please just fill in another return form and explain the situation, for me to send a packing slip.

Gift Returns?

We all know you can't get it right sometimes! So if Aunty got it wrong this year just fill out this form and tell us the order number  and we can offer a refund via the original payment method once the item is received. (ERQD recommends you let the original bill payer know this is  happening.) 

Exchanges
Once ERQD has received the item and been addressed what item the product is to be exchanged with *subject to availability* this will be dispatched. 

Stockist Returns?

Regrettably if you have bought an ERQD product through another retailer not direct on ERQD Etsy's or Sum Up Store pages,  please contact the retailer to see what their policy is on returns & exchanges.
