Customs and import taxes for USA deliveries - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Emily Rose Quirky Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.

24 hours from when you've placed your order - For example An order is placed at Thursday 5pm the order will be with Royal Mail by Friday 5pm.

Item Packaging
All items in your order are sealed in a biodegradable cello bag.
Prints & Clay items are placed against a study board for protection. Cards & small prints are placed in all board envelopes. Clay / felt decorations are placed into pip parcel boxes. Larger prints are placed into cardboard book mailers.
ERQD is trying to keep their footprint at a minimal where we can.
