How to place an order online?
Placing an order online at ERQD via one of the online stores could not be easier, simply follow these steps.
1. On the ERQD Etsy or the Sum up online stores when you have found your item you'd like to purchase please click add to bag to place the item you want to buy in your bag.
2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping basket/cart icon at the top right of the website to view items in your basket/cart. If you are happy with these items, click View Bag/Cart, this will take you to your basket/cart.

3. When you are ready to check out and have applied any promo codes click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button.
4. The next step is to enter your first/last names, email address, contact number, delivery address details - Please do throughly check your details are correct before proceeding to Payment and Placing the order.
5. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address used when placing the order. If you cannot find an email confirmation in your inbox it is worth checking checking your junk mail as emails may be routed there automatically.
